Is There A Replacement Option If The Bat Breaks?
If the bat breaks from edges or toes even in the first ball, no replacement will be done. However, if it breaks from the center, vertically or horizontally, you can easily replace the bat. But, you have to bear the shipping cost from your end.
Do You Ship Products Overseas?
Yes we do ship overseas across the world through DHL, FedEx, etc. You will get your products delivered to your door without any hassle!
Is Customs Duty Or Taxes Included Under Price Tag?
No, the customers must pay the customs tax, which would vary from place to place. It's not fixed from our end. We don’t bear the Tax amount. So, to get your products shipped, you must bear the Custom Duty Cost.
How Does The Return Policy Work?
If you receive the wrong product, the product will be replaced. Sometimes you may also get a refund. If you want to change the product or want a refund, it will be done but shipping costs will be charged. So, you have to pay for the shipping charge.

How Much Time Will It Take To Receive My Order?
It depends on the size of the order. Shipping takes 2-3 days, and you will receive the tracking ID immediately. So, you can track your items. Usually, the product is delivered within 5-7 working days after shipment.
Are The Bats Pre-Knocked?
No, pre-knock is not done for the bats. However, if you want it for your bat, there is an additional option to add it while purchasing the bat. On customer’s demand, we do it. So, if you want to get your bats pre-knocked, don’t forget to opt for that!

We have a high-grade bat-knocking machine that can knock a bat at a speed of 8k knocks every 10 minutes. But before knocking the bat is oiled and then knocked. After one more round of inspection, we will deliver the product to you. So, you get the avant-garde product hassle-free!
